My Approach
I have a passion for helping women experience their full potential, bringing to light the best version of themselves. I want to help you no longer feel stifled by self-limiting beliefs, past trauma, depression, anxiety and imposter syndrome just to name a few of the barriers you may be facing. My approach to therapy is person centered, culturally sensitive and strength based. Depending on your individual needs, our sessions may include elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness. Creating a safe space where you feel supported and seen is very important to me.

Areas of Expertise
Depression & Anxiety
Have you been struggling with low mood or frequently feeling worried and anxious? Are these symptoms keeping you from fully engaging in your life? Are you just not feeling like yourself?
If this sounds familiar, you are not alone. There are several therapeutic options that I look forward to discussing with you.
Women’s Empowerment
Is past trauma interrupting your current reality and sense of well-being? Are you having difficulty finding your voice in the midst of complicated circumstances or relationships? Has it been challenging to maintain a “superwoman” identity and instead, you end your day feeling drained and unappreciated?
These are common situations many women attempt to manage on their own. Working closely with a therapist can help foster your unique strengths and abilities. I am excited to help women celebrate their resilience and refocus it in a direction that better serves them.
Life Transitions
You may be struggling with a shift in your career or feel that you are just not showing up in the way you truly desire. Have you experienced a life-changing event like relocating, marriage, divorce, or recent break up?
Has grief and loss made it impossible for you to move on and fully engage in your life again?
Significant life events can impact our mental health and sense of identity. Receiving qualified support throughout life transitions can contribute to healthy coping and developing crucial life skills.
